Realtors Job Activities

It’s been another busy week. Some of the activities are the same but nonetheless needed to be completed. Here’s last week’s  TO DO  and done list. November 6 – 13th 2016

 

  • Update seller on delayed closing and notify Title closing on closing date
  • Prepare and present counter offer on last weeks offer
  • Provide flood statistics in Waldport to on a property for prospective buyer.
  • Post 3 blog posts
  • Send an extension addendum for closing date
  • Send price change for listing
  • Provide septic and well log report on listing to another broker who showed the house.
  • Send back commission verification to the Title company on new escrow
  • Change all listing documents to change name on current listing.
  • Write offer on property
  • Stop by home inspection for update
  • Floor time )3 days)
  • Open new escrow for accepted offer
  • Prepare mailing labels for Real Market Reports
  • Co-ordinate home inspection for last weeks offer
  • Revise repair addendum and get an extension of repairs
  • Open escrow on new offer
  • Set up homes inspection and provide one-day code.
  • Send seller update on progress of showings and competition of houses on the market.
  • Show property (two houses)
  • Show property (one house)
  • Attend Open House function held by Mortgage company
  • Write offer and respond to counter offer
  • Prepare listing documents for 2 condos
  • Upload listing information and photos to MLS on new listing
  • Order sign
  • Show seller other properties in the area of their listed property.
  • Take photos for listing
  • Re-take front photos for listing
  • Re-negotiate closing date and inspections on property with seller.

 

So you can see it has been a busy week and my “To Do List” for next week is full as well.
